fxpstres is a Tcl stress program for the fixed-point math API. The program is non-graphical and is run using the tclsh shell. Before attempting to run this program, edit the main program file (fxpstres.tcl) and set the Tcl directory structure so that the program can locate the required Future Lab library files.

When this program is executed, it will enter an infinite loop of picking a operation code and attempting to carry it out. Operation codes consist of either a math operation or a comparison.

This program and the fixed-point math API are coded to make use of the log manager if it is active.

The fxpstres application can be run under all Tcl platforms.
