GPL Applications

Future Lab has built a number of applications that are available under the terms of the GNU General Public License. Both binary only and source plus binary packages are available. Pre-compiled binaries/executables are available for most stated platforms.

Here is a list of the Future Lab GPL applications.

sys_log

System log server.

dbsrv

Bbuuzzb database server.

db

Stand-alone database command line interface.

Client/server database command line interface.

datagen

Random data generator.

dbstress

Single user database stress application.

Client/server database stress application

iresolve

Perform forward and reverse IP lookups based on a host name or IP address.

socloc

Socloc server.

dumsocks

A really dumb socket server that makes use of socloc.

sockc

A universal socket client that will talk to socloc and just about any socket server.

dumsockc

A client application for the dumsocks server.

timesync

A date/time synchronization server.

datimec

A date/time synchronization client.

dbgen

A single-user Bbuuzzb random data table generator.

dbgenm

A client/server Bbuuzzb random data table generator.

fxpstres

A fixed-point math stress program.

dos2unix

An ASCII text file conversion program.

iex

A single-user Bbuuzzb application that imports ASCII data.

iexm

A client/server Bbuuzzb application that imports ASCII data.

rmtree

A directory tree removal application.

daymvdel

A program to move or delete files or entire directory trees based on file age in days.

ialive

An application to test an Internet connection with single user database support.

ialivem

An application to test an Internet connection with client/server database support.

sched

A single user personal schedule program with budget planning.

schedm

A client/server personal schedule program with budget planning.
